We provided the client with a detail scope of work in order to meet the objectives for the commercial office renovation without disturbing the business. During the initial phase of the project, Percival Construction provided experienced design consultation to make the office space more efficient and cost effective. We worked with the client’s goals and developed a specific approach to the meet the objectives. We drafted a cost estimate analysis along with a precise budget.
Percival Construction renovated the conference room, employee’s kitchen and rest area, the reception area, restrooms, the interior offices, and the main lobby. We made sure everything is up to code to meet the building department’s newest guidelines. We stayed consistent with our project schedule and deliver the project on time. With special attention to detail, Percival Construction was able to add additional office space and resolve previous deficiencies. All building inspection were passed without a problem.
