Percival Construction provided construction management for this clinic renovation and addition project. There were two phases to the project. The first phase, included demolition and renovation of a section of the existing clinic after the staff and services were moved into the clinic space. Phase two consisted of the build out of the new clinic and renovation of the surrounding areas.
The project involved extensive renovation and demolition work. Furthermore, the project consisted of a build-out shelled space to an existing building. The spaces renovated included the exams rooms, offices, restrooms, utility room, staff rest area, and the main lobby. Communication was key between all the parties involved in order to provide a smooth project completion. Percival Construction assisted the client from the initial stage of the design phase in order to provide a more effective cost approach to achieving the budgeted goals. The objective was to create a high quality modern welcoming atmosphere. Custom design was used in order to provide an original configuration to the clinic. Percival Construction provided the clinic with design consultation and arrange for a more efficient traffic flow. We helped the client utilize every square inch of space. We are glad that Percival Construction was able to deliver another successful project to a well pleased client.
